1 Soyabean Oil RecipeABIS Gold – The healthiest choice for your Health & Flavor !!

Food Recipes.

1.Paneer Lababdar Recipe

INGREDIENTS

10ml ABIS Gold, 100gm Paneer, 250gm Tomato whole, 25gm Cashew Nut paste,10gm Fried Onion paste, 2gm Whole Jeera,1 Cinnamon stick, 2-3 no Cloves, 2 Cardamom (Green), 1 Cardamom (Black), 10gm Green Chillies, 10gm Ginger Garlic paste, 3 Resham Patti mirch, Salt to taste, 2gm Red Chilli powder, 2gm Dhania powder, 2gm Jeera powder, 1gm Garam masala powder, 2gm Kasuri methi

METHOD OF PREPARATION

  1. Heat  ABIS Gold, add whole spices and temper, add ginger garlic paste and saute.
  2.  Add the tomato puree along the kaju magajtari in a paste form; cook out till u see bubbles on surface.
  3. Add the dry powder spices.
  4. Add the Paneer chunks along with cream and cook for 5 min.
  5. Serve with garnish of fresh coriander leaves and grated Paneer.

2. Deep Fried Soybean Snack

Preparation Time: 5 mins

Cooking Time: 10 mins

Makes 4 to 5 servings

INGREDIENTS

1 cup ABIS Gold for deep frying, 1/2 tsp chilli powder, salt to taste, 1/2 tsp chaat masala, 1 tsp baking soda.

METHOD OF PREPARATION

  1. Soak soybeans in water for 8-10 hrs. While soaking add soda.
  2. Drain and dry in the shade for for 1 hour.
  3. Heat ABIS Gold in the kadhai and deep fry till light brown in colour.
  4. Drain on an absorbent paper and transfer in a bowl.
  5. Add the chilli powder, salt and chaat masala and mix well.
  6. While serving you can add finely chopped onions ,lemon juice and finely chopped coriander leaves.

3. Protein Pulav Recipe

INGREDIENTS

4 tbsp ABIS Gold, 120 gms rice (chawal), 20 gms hara vatana (dried green peas), 20 gms rajma (kidney beans), 20 gms soyabeans, 40 gms carrot, 2 large sized onions, 3 medium sized tomatoes, salt to taste, few curry leaves (kadi patta) Grind to paste: 1/2 ” piece of ginger (adrak), 4 green chillies, 1 pod of garlic (lehsun), 1/2 bunch of coriander (dhania) leaves,2 cloves (laung / lavang), 2 cardamoms (elaichi), 1/2 ” piece of cinnamon (dalchini), 1 tsp caraway seeds (shahjeera), 1/2 tsp turmeric powder (haldi)

METHOD OF PREPARATION

  1. Soak peas, rajmah and soya separately for 2 hours.
  2. Wash rice and drain.
  3. Chop onion.
  4. In a tick bottomed kadai, heat ABIS Gold fry onion. (medium flame.) after 3 or 4 minutes add tomatoes, ground masala, turmeric powder. stir well.
  5. Add rice, soaked pulses, salt, curry leaves. remove all to a pressure cooker, add enough water. mix well. pressure cook for 7 minutes.
  6. Serve hot with achar, pappad and any kind of raitha.Paneer Lababdar Recipe.
